Salzburg, part 2

Katherine took this photo from the St. Peter catacombs–which, strangely, were above the graveyard. I thought catacombs were always underground, but apparently not.

A cherub in church.

The ceiling of St. Peter. I was tempted to lie down in a pew, look up, and just drool, but I knew the kids would have been embarrassed.

A window in the St. Peter courtyard.

Margaret is a horse lover, so I took this for her. There are plenty of carriages in Salzburg!

More horses. Wasn’t this statue in the Sound of Music too?

Katherine loves Converse. There are plenty of other people wearing these here, too.
